Email: Mailbox is full

I keep getting messages that my mailbox is full and mail is getting sent back to sender.

How can I adjust the Mailbox Size Limit for my or other user’s email accounts?

Logon to webmail with an email account that has been assigned administrator privileges

If your email account is assigned adminstrator privileges, contact us to ask for your account to be assigned administrator privileges on the email system.

Click the Settings button at the top of the page
Expand the Domain Settings folder on the left
Click Users
Click the user you wish to edit, and click the Edit button at the top of the screen
On the User tab, in the Mailbox Size Limit field, enter 0 to set the mailbox to unlimited*

*NOTE: Unlimited mailboxes are still limited to the domain size limit (http://www.anysitesupport.com/email-domain-size-limit-exceeded/)
