How do you enable Temp URLs for your users under WHM/CPanel?

We own/lease a Linux server from anySiteHosting.com and would like to enable the feature to allow users to visit their site via a temp url like http://cp.OURDOMAIN/~CPANELUSERNAME

Login to WHM
Search for “mod_userid” using the find field at the top left
Click Apache Mod_Userdir Tweak
Check “Enable mod_userdir Protection”
Check the Exclude Protection checkbox for the DefaultHost (Nobody) host
Click Save. It may take a few minutes after clicking save.
