Internet Connected, but Browser Not Working

I am on the Internet. I can Ping web page addresses, I can connect via remote desktop, etc… But none of my browsers work?

This is most likely due to malware of some other setting change.

Reset NetSh

Run Command Prompt as Administrator
Enter this command:
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Reboot

Reset all Internet Settings

Internet Explorer, Tools, Options
Advanced tab
Reset
Restart browser

Winsock reset

Run CMD as Administrator
Enter the following command:
netsh winsock reset
