New Customer Portal – New Billing Procedures

We have updated to a new Customer Management system, and there are a few billing changes as a result.
We will be migrating accounts to the new system over the next few weeks, and as a result, your billing setup may change.
 
All Monthly subscription type items will be billed on a single invoice, on a monthly basis, for the first through the last day of the month.
Already existing invoices will remain due as is.
New invoices will reflect any pro-rate required and will start showing up on or near the first of the month.
 
All Annual subscription type items will be billed on a single invoice, on an annual basis.
The first date of your first annual invoice will be set once we finish your import into the new system.
 
All hourly, ad-hoc, hardware, supply, etc purchases will be grouped and billed weekly for the previous week, Sunday through Saturday.
