Some exciting new features of this powerful new system include: online invoicing and payment options, trouble ticket system, domain and account management abilities.
The new Client Portal system.can be accessed directly from the newly redesigned anySiteHosting.com website by clicking the Portal link at the upper right hand side of the web site.
We are working very hard to convert everyone over to the new Client Portal system ASAP, but as you can imagine it will take quite some time to convert every account. In the mean time, if you are anxious to get started, we do take requests! Please feel free to contact us to request that your account be bumped to the top of the list, and we will gladly oblige!
Please watch your inbox for a “Welcome to the anySiteHosting.com Client Portal” email message you will receive from our Support team when your account is converted to the new Portal System. This email will detail your new username and password to be used for logging on to the Client Portal.

Find below the detailed list of new abilities in the Client Portal system:
–All emails between anySiteHosting.com staff and clients can now be viewed and searched for content through the Client Portal by click the Email History link.
–All emails will now be assigned a tracking number and can be reviewed through the Client Portal to check on status (answered, in progress, closed, etc), add notes, upload attachments, etc by clicking the Support Tickets link.
—Knowledge Base: we are quickly building a large online knowledge base of support articles based directly on questions received from you, our valuable clients. If you have any questions on almost anything technical, please take a moment to review at http://anySiteSupport.com You may view by Category, tag, or even search content via the search option.
–Intelligent Support: You may now submit support requests directly through the Client Portal by clicking the Submit Ticket link. When typing in your question, a list of possible answers direct from our growing knowledge base will show directly below your ticket to perhaps aid in your finding an answer right away. You may of course, as always, feel free to email us directly at our Support@ email address as well. We will always be here to assist you in whatever way is most comfortable for you.
–Invoices: all invoices are now available for viewing (and download) directly through the Client Portal system by clicking the Invoices link.
–Contact Information: All client contact information may now be edited directly through the Client Portal system by clicking the My Details link.
–Payment options: All services may now be paid for directly online via the Client Portal system by selecting the individual invoice or multiple invoices. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal
–Credit Card information may now be kept up to date (and you will receive reminder notices when your card is close to expiring), through the My Details section, by clicking the Change Credit Card Details link.
FULFILLMENT, ACCOUNT DETAILS, ETC
–All services may now be ordered, upgraded, downgraded, edited, or cancelled directly through Client Portal system by selecting the My Services (Hosting, Email, SSL Certs, Online Backup, etc), or My Domains (Domain Name Registrations) links.
–You may easily add sub accounts to your account on the Client Portal system to allow accounting personnel direct access to view and pay invoices, employees access to view and review tickets and support information, etc by clicking the Add New Contact link under the My Details section.
